This website is for all Hoover-Wood School Parents and Teachers. Its purpose is to be an important reference which allows you to stay up to date on the PTO’s many activities, to stay connected with each other, as well as with the PTO Board and Committees, and to provide a one-stop shop for all your PTO and Hoover-Wood informational needs.

Holiday Express vendor fair:
December 6, 10am - 1pm. Your one stop shopping event for the holidays. We expect approximately 30 different vendors offering a variety of merchandise. In addition, there will be donuts, pictures with Santa, craft activities for children etc.

Raise money for the school while shopping:
Earn up to 20% cash back for our school when doing your holiday shopping by signing up at boxtops4education. 90 major internet stores participate, and it doesn’t cost you anything other than the purchases you would have made anyway. The school can earn up to $20,000.

Used Clothing & Toy Sale
We need helping hands to plan, advertise, build clothing racks, organize donations, and work on the sale days. Many hands make easy work! Any amount of time you can give will add to the success of this event. And connecting with other volunteers is a great way to make new friends or strengthen old ones! Not only does this fundraiser earn money for our school, but it’s a great way to earn money for yourself too! The sale is planned for February 13-14, 2009, so start saving your kids’ outgrown clothing and toys now. Please contact Gina Iutzwig or Chris Ignoffo if you are interested in helping with this event.
